If you’re new to Bishop, California and just hear the name Schat’s you probably aren’t thinking delicious. Well buckle up because Schat’s Roadhouse is one of the best surprises in a while and the service, burger, fries and environment are worth the drive. Schat’s Roadhouse has a lot of great reviews online and here’s another one. With a menu including burgers like Shot Gun Burger, Bluey Armstrong, Walker Texas Ranger, Inyo Mouth Burger and Teriyaki Shot, you know they aren’t messing around. There is a restaurant in Park City, Utah called No Name Saloon and it has a burger menu that needs to be experienced. It’s a great atmosphere with lots going on and you have to be 21+ to enter. That’s the first thing to know. The next thing to know is that a Buffalo Burger is special and No Name Saloon knows it. The menu includes a few good burger options with the Saloon Burger (1/2 pound monster with grilled onions, cheese, tomatoes and shredded lettuce and mayo) and a No Name Burger with their special chipotle aiole sauce.
