If you’re new to Bishop, California and just hear the name Schat’s you probably aren’t thinking delicious. Well buckle up because Schat’s Roadhouse is one of the best surprises in a while and the service, burger, fries and environment are worth the drive.

Even the fry sauce was amazing. The fries are a delicious beer battered variety and the quantity is perfect. The burgers are 1/3 pound masterpieces, made quickly and cooked medium. That’s right, they do it all right and you taste quality in every single bite.
