Strap Tank has expanded to a new location in Lehi and it has come with a lot of excitement. Located near Adobe’s offices, Strap Tank is a place you can spot from around the area and the most common question is “What is that building?”.
Strap Tank Lehi has a lot to show off. From the cool outside to the views of the brewery inside and everything in between. The seating is spread out and it feels like there are endless layers of awesome when you walk in. The burger came recommended so today’s adventure was the Bacon Cheeseburger and fries.
The burger itself was pretty good. The meat was tender and juicy, the bacon was delicious and the bun was pretty darn good too. It was a very good bacon cheeseburger. The real surprise was the fries. They are a beer battered fry but not overly obvious if that makes sense. I had a couple and had to confirm with my waiter that she really did bring out beer battered fries. In fact, I’m pretty sure I could go again and just eat a ton of fries…that’s how good Strap Tank fries are.
The burger was fine but lacked anything super special. The fries more than made up for it. I’m excited to go back and try one of their other burger options. Especially the Southwest Burger which has guacamole and chipotle sauce.
The fry sauce was fine too. I was hoping for something a little more unique because the whole building is so incredible but fine is a good word for it.
