The City Creek Harmons is already pretty cool but the Just Burgers located inside of Harmons has taken things to a new level. If you go into the City Creek Harmons then proceed to the 2nd floor, you’ll see a corner spot called Just Burgers and lots of happy people smiling and eating around it. Those happy people know something you don’t, Just Burgers is INCREDIBLE!
Their burgers are 1/3 lb. All-American with a blend of Snake River Farms Wagyu beef and Double R Ranch Choice beef. Grilled to medium/well it is an incredible burger experience and tastes like heaven blessed the chef with a gift and that gift is making life changing cheeseburgers. I’m a big fan of Fuddrucker’s because the meat was good and the toppings bar was super impressive. If you think of that meal, you’ll love Just Burgers because it’s so much better.
The meat was tender, juicy, flavorful and perfect. The bun is lightly toasted, chewy but yummy. The cheese is beautifully melted over the patty and then you can go get your toppings. Shredded lettuce, full lettuce, beets, relish, pickles, tomatoes, pineapple, and everything in between. Make it into whatever burger paradise you’d like.
Even the fry sauce was good. I prefer mine a touch sweeter but it was fine. The fries were deliciously impeccable. Crispy, fresh, flavorful and perfect with the burger. Maybe it’s hard to tell but I’m still smiling after this meal.
I highly recommend giving it a try. Prices are $11.99 for a meal (drink and fries) or $8 for the burger so plan accordingly. Saturdays they let you add an egg for $1 which I think would be a delicious experience.
