faustina review

Faustina Restaurant is a fantastic Salt Lake City restaurant and I was quite pleasantly surprised to see a Chipotle Cheeseburger on their menu.  Apparently Faustina’s also has a turkey burger on their lunch menu but we’ll save that for another day.  The Chipotle cheeseburger at Faustina’s is quite simply delicious.  The angus beef patty is a 90/10 meat with a lot of great work done at the restaurant to make it moist and right.  The chipotle addition to the beef and topping the cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese results in a kick that isn’t overwhelming but definitely let’s you know it’s there.
